Life can be hard, and 2020 seems to be a year of disappointments and missed expectations. What kinds of things can steal your joy? When is it appropriate to experience sadness, worry, or other unpleasant emotions? How do you tend to respond to the vagaries of life? What are the best tools you have for getting back to a place of peace? How often do you experience joy compared to other emotions? What would you like to do to create a mood of joy?
